This release provides a wide range of general accessibility improvements for Voice Over users, resulting in an overall better experience.
It will persist in the system preferences from that point on. It should also be noted that the first time 2019.5 is launched, the setting will be inherited from that user account’s Pro Tools preferences. It should be true for all users of that machine. This is because it is a setting that accounts for interactions with the physical environment of the system. This means that once the Video Sync Setting is dialed in for one OS user account, it will be shared and persist between all users of the machine.
This setting is now saved in your system preferences file (MiscSettings).
This means that whenever you make these changes to the video window, it will remain right where you left it, regardless of the session you recieve.
